Thank you to all that performed and attended the AAA Night @ the Museum event at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art last night! The evening was a tremendous success. Students representing the elementary, middle and high schools activated the galleries and the Great Hall with stellar performances that had connections to works in the collection of the Museum. Performances included, Mrs. Ryan's Orchestra, students from Mr. Shield's guitar class, 4th grade students playing the blues, the amazing elevator music from Mrs. Busch's piano class, Mrs. Finley's elementary dance classes, Mrs. Schuster's talented theatre students, Mrs. Watson's musicans, Mr. Salling's high school Jazz band, Mrs. Adler's choir, Mrs. Castleman's dance students and students from Mrs. Wenzel's creative writing classes.
AAA Night @ the Museum is an event that celebrates our partnership with Crystal Bridges Museum allowing our teachers to use the collections as a classroom for students to experience, research and learn the impact the arts have in our lives, history and culture.
Thank you to Crystal Bridges for allowing our school to host such an event, thank you educators for the additional work and effort each of you put forth so that our students have opportunities to perform in public venues, and thank you parents for your support in the mission of our school!
