There are numerous opportunities for the Arkansas Arts Academy community to be involved within our district. Participate in a parent/teacher association, join the AAA Foundation, volunteer to work in a classroom or for an event or donate/sponsor a program or classroom. Giving of time and/or resources allows AAA to provide the best possible environment to our K-12 students.

Volunteer

AAA has many opportunities throughout the year that would greatly benefit from having volunteers. Whether it be in a classroom, recess, lunchroom, at the A3 Gallery, an event or helping with a performance - volunteers are always welcome.

Volunteer Interest Form

To protect the safety of our students, AAA requires that all volunteers meet the following requirements:

  • 18 or older

  • Passing fingerprint and maltreatment clearances

AAA will celebrate volunteers at the end of the year at a Volunteer Appreciation Ceremony.

How to get Fingerprint Clearance through AAA:

  1. Make an Appointment with Terri Harral at the AAA Administration office at 1110 W. Poplar Ave. Rogers.

  2. Bring a check for $35.00 to Terri addressed to AAA- she will provide the forms needed and notary.

  3. She will then make an appointment for you to get fingerprinted- FREE of charge.

The total investment is $35.00 which covers all fees and clearances.

(AAA classifies volunteers as anyone not an AAA student. AAA students can volunteer to gain community service hours but must go through the counselors to schedule.

Sponsorships

AAA offers many avenues for Corporate Sponsors, Businesses or Individuals to provide financial contributions to AAA in the form of a Sponsorship.

Whether it be sponsoring a field trip, classroom, academic department, arts program, school, or the district- AAA welcomes all contributions.

As an open-enrollment public charter school, AAA operates on limited funding. Outside financial donations or sponsorships allows AAA to enhance and enrich our programs, events and campuses.

All contributions and sponsorships will be provided a letter of donation as well as recognition (if desired) on our school website, program or signage at the specific event.

Arkansas Arts Academy through the support of the Arkansas Arts Academy Foundation, are thrilled to invite you to volunteer or sponsor Celebrate The Arts, our annual fundraising event for the Arkansas Arts Academy.  The event is filled with artistic expressions and creativity as we showcase the talents of our students and the vibrant spirit of the arts.

Donations

Arkansas Arts Academy accepts donations to help advance our visual and performing arts programs. AAA will provide a tax donation letter upon request.

We currently are seeking, new or gently used :

Art Supplies, Musical Instruments, Stage Equipment, Gallery Frames, Mat Board and Sculpture Materials.
