Arkansas Arts Academy is part of the thriving arts community of NWA. We want to offer the rental and use of our facilities to those who have events that align with our school's mission and values. Available facilities include a gym, common area, dance and music rehearsal spaces, recording studio and musical practice rooms, Performing Arts Center (PAC) and black box theater.

Interested in Renting an AAA Facility Space? 

1. Contact Amy Kessler akessler@artsk12.org for High School or Rachel Carethers rcarethers@artsk12.org for Elementary School to arrange for a tour and informational meeting. 

2. Complete the Facility Use & Rental Application provide to appropriate contact for Superintendents approval. (Any individual or organization that has a facility use request rejected has the right to an appeal with the CEO within five (5) business days)

3. Once approved, notice will be given and a deposit of 25% of total fees will be due to hold the date/space. (at least (14) working days, before the event)

4. All fees and insurance/liability documents are due 7 days prior to the event. Checks delivered to Arkansas Arts Academy, 1110 West Poplar Street, Rogers, Arkansas 72758
