Message from the Health Office:
FLU SHOT CLINIC SCHEDULED OCTOBER 2ND
+ Benton County Health Unit nurses will be at the AAA EMS campus October 2nd at 8:00 am and will go to the high school campus after they finish at EMS (late morning).
+ Flu shot consent forms will go home with your student as soon as they are provided to the health offices by the Benton County Health Unit. These must be completed and signed for your student to receive the flu shot. If the consent form is not complete, your student will not receive the flu shot.
+ FluMist will not be available.
