Family Bicycle Ride - June 17th

Happy Monday, Parents/Guardians,

We are so lucky to have such great parents.  One of our great parents, Dan Blocker - is one of our certified NICA - National Interscholastic Cycling Association - coaches.  He and some other parents are generously volunteering their time to help AAA families enjoy cycling.  Not only those who want to race, but everyone that has an interest in cycling.  They are hosting many family events.  The first one is next Saturday, read the note from Dan below.  I hope you join him and spread the word, let's pedal together!

Hope you continue to have a great summer!

AAA families come join us on Saturday the 17th, for a family free ride on the middle school pump track and trail. This event is open to all families of the AAA schools, so be sure to bring the whole family. No bike? No problem, we will have mountain bikes on site for anyone interested in riding. Mom and dad's bike been sitting collecting cobwebs in dark corners of the garage? No biggie, we'll have a pro bike mechanic on site for a quick tune up! Helmets will be required for anyone on a bike. We will be serving up some grilled Hot Dogs, with chips and drinks.

We will also be answering any questions about this years Mountain Bike Team, and providing information on the upcoming season. It's not too late to join, in fact the fun has yet to begin! So if you have a 7th-12th grader that wants to join, come try it out. Just looking for something to do on a Saturday afternoon? Come hang out with us and ride bikes and eat hot dogs!
