Dear Parents,

We have experienced many technical glitches with our student lunch program software.  This software is vital.  It processes orders, lunch counts, your student’s balance, and more.  We have had many local tech experts working on it since the beginning of the year.  This morning we finally surrendered and hired an engineer from the Kidserve corporation to rebuild the program. They feel they will have all the kinks out of it in the next five days.  I want to personally apologize for the inconvenience.  This engineer will figure out your current balances.  We will also be sure every student receives a nice lunch.  We are grateful you use our lunch program and for choosing Arkansas Arts Academy.
